Recreational Activities
Quality of life. This is Maunalani’s commitment to our residents. Our professional staff monitors, maintains and improves our residents’ health while giving them individual and social interaction. Maunalani residents are surrounded by our friendly staff, a safe and comfortable facility, and a beautiful natural environment. We strongly believe that good health is truly realized when emphasis is placed on helping the resident enjoy life to its fullest.
Maunalani residents enjoy many therapeutic, recreational activities that enhance their health and quality of life. Exercise classes, crafts, entertainment, religious services, social activities and community outings are offered to help maximize each resident’s social and physical well-being. Both group and individual activities are provided daily by our Resident Assistants.
Our residents vary in age, background, health care needs and length of stay at Maunalani. Our emphasis on rehabilitation means that we work with each individual, no matter what age or need, through therapy and social activities so each resident may achieve improved health and independence.
Dining
Dining is one of the enjoyable highlights at Maunalani. Our dining rooms, with their broad outdoor vistas, provide bright and peaceful settings.
Residents are invited to express their food preferences and choose when and where they wish to dine.
