Effective July 26, 2021, All visitors must present their CDC COVID-19 Vaccination card to show proof of full vaccination status.

Required:
- Masks
- Hand hygiene
- Social Distance (6 feet)
- Respiratory etiquette
- Be free of illness
Indoor: 1 visitor (Compassionate visits only)
Outdoor: 2 visitors per resident
Children: 12+ years
Pet: 1 dog allowed if leashed
Drive thru visits allowed
- Any # of people that can fit in car
- Please remain in car with mask on, may roll windows down
