We know there are many healthcare options to choose from and we are thrilled you have chosen us to be part of your healthcare journey! Your input and guidance assist us in continuously providing the best service.
We are proud to announce today the launch of our Maunalani Family Referrals program. We have been brainstorming different ways to get our vacant staff positions announced to the public. With your connections in the community, friends, family and business associates, we believe another option is word of mouth referrals from you!
Here’s how it works. We currently have positions open for full-time and part-time:
- Licensed Nurse
- Certified Nurse Aide
- Resident Assistant
- Housekeeper
- Maintenance
- Dietary
If your referral stays employed with us for 6 months, we will provide you with a gift card. When they apply, we will ask who referred them and they will pass along your name and you will receive the reward!
Many of the organizations we work with, including our existing staff, also refer candidates to our facility and we are truly grateful. Our staff are instrumental in the delivery of care. Thank you for all that you do. Our search for additional talent is at the forefront of our efforts. We utilize multiple social media options, web-based job boards, outreach efforts in schools and soon you will be seeing advertisements on The Bus!
