Dear Residents, Family Members and Business Associates,
We regret to inform you that we recently had an admission that just tested positive for COVID-19 last evening. This individual tested negative before being admitted and was retested after admission to our facility with another negative result. However, the individual needed to be retested for the 3rd time and the results came back positive. This individual has not had a roommate and is in quarantine. The individual will continue to be kept under medical isolation and we will be caring for the individual and all other residents with great care and compassion.
We will continue to follow the CDC, DOH and our Medical Director’s guidelines.
All of the resident’s direct caregivers have been tested.
Out of an abundance of caution, we will be testing all other staff and residents this week.
Due to this recent happening, we will be holding off our plans for in-person visits and drive- through visits.
